Northrop Grumman Mission Systems has several openings for an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead that is ready to work across functions to help drive hardware movement in the factory / test, document issues, drive improvement plans, and support ramp up to meet throughput requirements. This position is located in Baltimore, MD.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Direct engineering teams across design, manufacturing, and yield improvement initiatives to ensure the successful delivery of mission-critical production products.
• Interface effectively with Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance to align project goals and drive execution.
• Utilize Root Cause Analysis and data processing techniques to identify issues and implement functional testing for performance improvement and risk mitigation.
• Thrive in a fast-paced setting with high expectations, managing diverse tasks and fostering collaborative teamwork.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to timelines.
• Partner with suppliers to articulate project requirements clearly and ensure alignment with production needs.
• Regularly update internal leadership on project status, challenges, and progress to maintain transparency and support decision-making.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills. This role is contingent upon candidates having an active DOD Secret clearance. This role can be filled at either level.

Primary Level Salary Range : $105,400.00 - $158,000.00 Secondary Level Salary Range : $131,100.00 - $196,700.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
