Descripción del trabajoDeliver direct patient care as outlined in the state Nurse Practice Act. Implement care plans developed by registered nurses. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in alignment with care plans. Educate patients and families on self-care techniques relevant to their conditions. Coordinate home health services and communicate patient needs to the nursing team. Utilize and prepare medical equipment and supplies while following aseptic techniques. Engage in ongoing personal and professional development. Carry out additional tasks as directed by registered nurses. Provide appropriate healthcare instructions as per assessment and care plan. Graduation from an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program. Three (3) years of nursing experience; community / home health or medical / surgical experience is preferred. Current licensure as a licensed practical nurse or licensed vocational nurse in the state. Valid CPR certification. Reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and valid automobile insurance.
