Responsibilities

Assist site Senior Vice President in achieving and keeping the conversion rate above the targeted level.

Oversee all marketing teams within the Pacific Northwest (Oregon and Washington Region).

Ensure the highest level of customer service to current and prospective owners in order to maintain a positive brand image and company reputation.

Identify areas of process improvement and leverage best practices by working with appropriate corporate resources as necessary.

Set Vision and Expectations : Provide a clear picture of future so others can understand and share view. Ensures that team clearly understands expectations.

Provide leadership, training and guidance to marketing Directors & Managers.

Recruit and train individuals that possess the skills and personality for successful Marketing management, utilizing recruiting & training processes established by the Company.

Develop others : Regularly provide feedback, coaching and counseling.

Monitor the marketing process to ensure that bookings are achieved by the prescribed marketing method and with the highest level of integrity.

Administer Company Policies and processes in a consistent, fair and equitable manner.

Identify areas of process improvement and leverage best practices by working with the site SVP and appropriate corporate resources as necessary.

Minimum Requirements

Wyndham Community Marketing and In-House Marketing leadership experience preferred.

Proven timeshare marketing leadership skills.

Mastery of all programs sold and serviced by Wyndham Destinations.

Proven leadership skills and an energetic ability to motivate others.

Possess superb interpersonal skills when interacting with clients, senior leaders and sales personnel.

Compensation Compensation for this position is between $100,000 and $140,000 per year (depending upon experience and other qualifications), plus incentive earnings reasonably ranging from $75,000 to $420,000 annually, depending upon individual performance and site targets. Performance above or below reasonable expectations could result in incentive earnings outside of this range. Please note : Components of incentive compensation are paid monthly for this role.
