Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering to lead multiple agile teams in delivering features and managing engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Drive transformation by coaching and facilitating multiple engineering teams

Lead end-to-end delivery of features, services, and applications while collaborating with peers

Provide mentoring and establish effective agile practices to enhance team performance

Required Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on software development experience

3+ years of people leadership experience with SaaS software engineering teams

Experience with cross-functional teams like product, design, and engineering leads

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience

Preferred fluency in programming languages such as Go, Java, Vue.js, and Typescript
