Conduct evaluations, monitor laboratory findings, engage in treatment discussions with patients and their families, ensure post-procedure follow-ups, and conduct ongoing patient assessments. Comprehensive Specialized Support : Benefit from full specialty support to treat Treatment of all ages for a wide range of urological conditions including but not limited to Bladder Prolapse, Erectile Dysfunction, Urinary Tract Infections, Enlarged Prostate, Kidney Stones and Male / Female Urinary Incontinence. Clinical Career Ladder : Our merit-based advancement system allows APPs to progress on a level playing field across all practice settings, rewarding excellence through a three-rung ladder : staff, senior, and expert. Education : Graduate of an accredited CRNP or PA program_new graduates are encouraged to apply! Commitment : A commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients. Team Orientation : Ability to work collaboratively, provide personalized patient care, and demonstrate clinical outcomes. Licensure : Eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
