Step into the role of a CNC Precision Machining Specialist with our energetic team based in Austintown, OH. We welcome you to join our off-shift, four-day work schedule from Monday to Thursday. Enjoy the flexibility of beginning your shift anytime between 3pm and 9pm. Each shift spans 10 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently set up and guide CNC milling machines to fabricate parts per detailed specifications.
• Understand and execute work based on blueprints, technical plans, and job orders.
• Oversee machine functions, adjusting to sustain quality benchmarks.
• Engage in proactive maintenance and diagnostics for CNC machinery.
• Commit to safety measures and adhere to institutional policies.
• Accurately document production stats and machine efficiency.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine processes and productivity.
• Skillfully use measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
