Role : HVAC Service Manager

Pay : $50–$60 / hour

Location : Queens, NY

We are a reputable mechanical contracting company based in Queens, specializing in commercial HVAC projects across Manhattan. We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality service, innovative solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships.

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee commercial HVAC projects in Manhattan. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent client-facing skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and coordinate HVAC service projects for commercial clients
  • Supervise and mentor service technicians and field staff
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards

Experience Required :

  • Proven experience managing commercial HVAC projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and maintenance
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • OSHA certification and valid driver’s license preferred
