Bilingual Recruiter (Entry-Level)

Location : Tamarac, FL

Schedule : Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $20-$23 per hour

About The Role :

We are seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Tamarac. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow in the staffing industry and make an impact connecting great people with great jobs. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. We welcome applicants with hospitality or construction experience, as those transferable skills align well with the role. Essential Duties :

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of light industrial and hospitality positions
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers
• Assist candidates with onboarding, paperwork, and job placement
• Maintain accurate and organized records in our staffing system
• Build relationships with candidates and clients through excellent communication and follow-up
