Key Responsibilities :

• Place and track purchase orders for ingredients, packaging, and operational supplies.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to meet production schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and supplier communications.
• Use ERP / MRP systems (e.g., SAP) to manage purchasing workflows and maintain data accuracy.
• Generate reports on purchasing trends, costs, and supplier performance.
• Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Assist in evaluating and onboarding new suppliers.
• Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Discover profitable suppliers and initiate strategic partnerships.
• Design and implement supply chain optimization projects.
• Analyze, optimize, and oversee inventory procedures.
• Develop procurement, shipping, and compliance standards.
• Monitor and control spend to build a culture of long-term savings.
• Notify senior management of any supply chain risks or inefficiencies.
• Support international procurement, sourcing, and product development initiatives.
