Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide services in a K-12 educational setting in Mechanicsburg, PA. This opportunity is designed to cover a leave of absence under a contract arrangement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress and inclusion.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide communication programs.
Qualifications :
Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.Experience working with children across the K-12 age range preferred.Ability to work effectively with educational staff and families.Knowledge of best practices in speech-language therapy within school environments.Strong communication and organizational skills.Location :
