A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team in a remote work from home role.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate interviews for recruiting staff and respond to basic inquiries
Assist with compliance audits and ensure accuracy of employee documentation
Support employees with benefit programs and manage leave requests
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
Prior experience in HR required
Previous experience in the investigative industry is helpful
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Strong knowledge of laws and regulations
