Global Compensation Program Advisor

This position can be based in Denver, CO; Ashburn, VA; London, UK in alignment with our flexible work policy (3 days in office, 2 remote). This position is also open to remote in the U.S. As the Global Compensation Program Advisor, you will be a key contributor to Vantage's global compensation strategy by driving employee understanding and engagement with our compensation philosophy, programs, and policies.

Essential Job Functions :

• Develop and deliver global communication that promote understanding of compensation strategy, programs, policies, and philosophy.
• Create engaging educational materials, presentations, and resources tailored to diverse employee audiences across geographies.
• Partner with People & Culture teams, Total Rewards, and Internal Communications to ensure consistent and culturally relevant messaging.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, addressing compensation-related inquiries and providing clear guidance.
• Support the planning and rollout of compensation programs, including annual cycles, incentive plans, and equity programs, through effective communication and training.
• Maintain and update compensation-related content on internal platforms, including FAQs, guides, and SharePoint sites.
• Gather and analyze employee and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve compensation communications and identify areas of opportunity.
