Role : Customer Service Representative

Location : Rio Rancho, NM, Hybrid Role

Duration : 24 Months with possibility of extension

Description :

• Start Date : November 1st
• Inbound and outbound calls but mainly inbound.
• Resources would handle 13 to 15 calls per day which average call time about 16 min.
• These are customer service individuals that has some tech familiarity.
• 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
• Training is 3 to 4 weeks.
• 90% of the current workers work a schedule from Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Another 10% work Thursday – Tuesday.
• 2 rounds on interviews 1st onsite 2nd remote.
• Manager wants the resources to accomplish the following : Based on the training provided increased diagnostic accuracy in taking care of customers and report problem statements.
