Responsibilities

• Managing a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution
• Communicating directly with clients and providing regular case updates
• Taking and defending depositions
• Participating in investigations, NLRB appearances, motion practice, and trials

Qualifications

Why KD?

Base salary range : $155,000 - $200,000. Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and does not guarantee a specific offer. Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate's experience, skills, and job-related qualifications.
