Job Description

• Location : Shelton CT area; 5 days onsite role no remote or hybrid Relocation for surrounding states is fine $5-$10K sign on bonus as relocation assistance
• Duration : Full-Time / Direct (W2)
• Domain : Industrial Automation Robotics
• Interview : Teams Meetings (2) then potential onsite interview (client pays)
• Salary : $150-$175K 6-13% bonus

10 years of experience with C Embedded Development RTOS and Control systems are needed for this role.

Bachelors degree as a minimum is also needed for this role .

As a software engineer youll develop embedded systems in C working across the full software development lifecycle from design and device driver development to integration and testing. Youll tackle complex hardware and software challenges building reliable high performance systems that directly control real machines and impact operations. This is a fast paced environment where your contributions are visible and your growth is continuous.
