Key Personnel is seeking a Builder Service Rep II in the Oklahoma City, OK area.

Job Title : Builder Service Rep II

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 a.m.–4 : 30 p.m. (Hybrid role)

Builder Service Rep II Pay : $18-$20 / hr

Contract : 12-Month Assignment

Key Personnel is seeking a Builder Service Representative II for a 12-month contract role with a reputable company in the Oklahoma City area. This is a customer-facing position supporting builders and other growth-focused clients throughout all stages of the construction process. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a background in construction or administrative support within the building industry.

Builder Service Rep II Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the main point of contact for builders and customers throughout the construction process.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet client expectations.
  • Provide proactive updates, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Track project progress, manage documentation, and maintain accurate records in company systems.
  • Support field and office operations with administrative tasks related to scheduling, materials, and customer communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and internal departments to ensure a positive customer experience.

Builder Service Rep II Qualifications :

  • Construction industry experience required, ideally in a role involving administrative or project support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service mindset focused on relationship building (not call center experience).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business software.
  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and organizational skills.
