We are on the lookout for motivated Wealth Advisor Associates to become key players in our Private Wealth Division. This role suits early-career professionals who are eager to advance their careers within a dynamic, client-focused advisory environment. Successful applicants will collaborate with experienced advisors and experts to deliver inclusive financial strategies to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Your responsibilities will include preparing client meeting documentation, engaging in client communications, and contributing to business development initiatives. This position offers valuable client exposure, structured growth opportunities, and a defined pathway to future lead advisory roles.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, private banking, or relevant sectors, with a preference for those familiar with HNW / UHNW client service or financial planning. A CFP certification or completion of relevant coursework is highly valued, and a Series 65 or equivalent is also preferred. A Bachelor's degree is essential, ideally in finance, economics, or a business-related field. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, solid organizational skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset eager to thrive within our firm.
