Heres more of what the position entails :

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as intros
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

Excellent customer service skills required. Sales experience required.

• High achiever who works extremely well with a team

• Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred. There is an expectation to participate in our workouts

• Confident in both in person and telephone customer engagement

About Orangetheory Fitness

• Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full-body heart rate zone and strength training workout that delivers a more personalized experience in a group setting. Designed to be effective and efficient, our workout classes boost metabolism, burn fat and calories, build strength and confidence, and improve overall fitness.

Rate : $14.70- $30 per hour

Hours per week : 15-40, 20 or more preferred

Note : Strong customer service and sales experience (minimum 1 year +) required.

Must be able to take Orangetheory workouts a minimum of 2x a week.

This is not a seasonal position- summer availability required.
