Location :  Spokane Valley, WA

Salary :  $73,000 + Bonus

Industry :  Full-Service Dining

We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new location in Spokane Valley , and we are seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the way! Our concept is a proud Northwest-based full-service dining experience with no late nights, designed to deliver exceptional meals and memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee Daily Operations :  Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the restaurant while adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Leadership and Team Development :  Recruit, train, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve excellence in service and operations.
  • Customer Relations :  Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction by addressing customer feedback promptly and delivering outstanding dining experiences.
  • Financial Performance :  Monitor budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities to maximize profitability without compromising quality or standards.
  • Ensure Compliance :  Uphold highest standards for safety, cleanliness, and hospitality throughout the restaurant's operation.
  • Drive Success in a Dynamic Environment :  Collaborate with the leadership team to drive success and deliver on company goals during the launch of this exciting new location.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in a full-service dining environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with a history of building and managing successful teams.
  • Strong grasp of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service principles.
  • Ability to motivate others, solve problems effectively, and maintain a results-driven focus.
  • A passion for quality, hospitality, and creating a positive environment for staff and guests.
