We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.

Responsibilities :

• Care for ill, injured, or convalescing residents
• Provide basic resident care and treatment
• Administer medications and treatments
• Educate and update residents on medical treatments

Qualifications :

Previous experience in nursing- long term care of skilled care

Familiarity with medical tools and equipment

Ability to build rapport with residents and families

Compassionate and caring demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Computer documentation for electronic medical records

Licensed with the State of Ohio Board of Nursing and license is current

Completed license needed :

Upon starting work

Uniform :

Nurses wear own scrubs
