Requirements :

  • Active License
  • BC in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS
  • DEA & CSR / CDS (must be obtained prior to start)
  • Clean Record
  • Minimum 23 years of post-fellowship experience
