Job Summary :

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer II to join

• ’s team, where understanding customer behavior is crucial for our success both domestically and internationally. This role involves working with large-scale data sets to provide key insights necessary for guiding business strategy, formulating analytical plans to answer business questions, and presenting actionable findings to management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data analysis, detail-oriented, and adept at both technical and business communication.

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate program features and marketing content against customer response metrics.

Conduct statistical testing for A / B and multivariate experiments.

Design, build, and maintain reports on program health.

Respond to ad-hoc requests for customer behavior analysis.

Apply data mining and segmentation techniques to highlight customer trends.

Must-Have Skills :

3-6 years of strong SQL and data warehousing experience, and Redshift experience is preferred

Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau / Quicksight

Python programming for data analysis and automation
