Presales Representative

Admiral Beverage Corporation (ABC) is committed to the economic recovery of individuals and businesses in our communities. We are looking for a Presales Representative to sell beverage products to retail and wholesale food stores and grocers regularly, and to solicit new business from prospective customers. This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds. The work environment is usually moderate with occasional exposure to outside weather conditions.

Responsibilities include :

• Traveling through assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders and new business, prepare sales contracts and interfaces with customers.
• Soliciting new business by conducting business reviews, demonstrating products and services, using samples, marketing resources, and emphasizing salable features and benefits to customers.
• Quoting prices and credit terms and preparing sales contracts for orders obtained.
• Arranging products according to prearranged plans or own ideas approved by management.
• Placing price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, or floor.
• Transferring product from customer stock room to floor displays to comply with "Sell By" dates, maximize product in store, and minimize product in stock room.
• Ordering product for assigned accounts in accordance with established procedures to ensure no out of stock conditions.
• Originating display ideas or following suggestions or schedule of Sales Manager.
• Constructing or assembling display aids from company provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.
• Estimating and coordinating date of product delivery and empty shell pickups, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.
• Preparing reports of business transactions and keeping expense accounts.
• Wearing and utilizing appropriated company safety equipment.
• Wearing company provided uniform and presenting a professional and well-groomed image to customers and the marketplace.
• Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

Pay rate : Base plus Commission, depending on experience.

Shift : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm.
