Strong knowledge of government or human services, particularly in child support and digital payments

Experience with large-scale software development projects requiring cross-functional collaboration

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with documentation procedures

Fluent in English, with strong skills in interviewing subject matter experts
