Kidzoola Therapy Center is seeking a full-time OT to join our growing, multidisciplinary team. We’re a therapist-owned pediatric clinic in Missoula, MT, offering a supportive, collaborative, and flexible work environment in a beautiful, light-filled space.

What We’re Looking For :

Licensed Occupational Therapist (Montana)

Advanced degree in OT

Pediatric experience (3+ years preferred; new grads welcome!)

CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to complete within 90 days)

Passion for relationship-based, child-led therapy

Bonus if you’re trained in DIR / Floortime, SOS Feeding, or other pediatric specialties (not required)

Job Duties :

Conduct comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations

Create and implement individualized treatment plans

Deliver engaging, play-based therapy in clinic and via teletherapy

Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and fellow therapists

Document services clearly and promptly (daily notes, evals, progress notes)

Attend team meetings and contribute to our positive clinic culture

Participate in ongoing continuing education and professional growth

Comply with HIPAA and uphold confidentiality standards
