Clinical Trial Project Manager

A company is looking for a Clinical Trial Project Manager to oversee contracted clinical trials from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate execution of sponsored trials, including planning, leading, and managing clinical trials with cross-functional teams

Ensure regulatory compliance by working with the Compliance Team and preparing for audits and inspections

Serve as the primary contact between sponsors and internal teams, providing updates and facilitating communication

Required Qualifications

3+ years in a client-facing role with experience managing relationships with enterprise clients

Experience in a clinical research organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical setting preferred

Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and relevant regulatory requirements

Exceptional project and program management skills with a track record of leading complex projects

Proficiency in project management tools and a deep understanding of digital health technologies
