A company is looking for a Systems Engineer to manage and support their Jira instance and related integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support the Jira instance, including integrations and automations
Implement new business logic and workflows at the enterprise level
Contribute to the knowledge base and develop integrations with other operational systems
Required Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience
Deep experience in supporting Atlassian Cloud infrastructure, particularly Jira and Confluence
Experience with endpoint management solutions such as Jamf and Intune
Strong understanding of Okta and experience with SSO / IdP solutions
Familiarity with SOX and HIPAA compliance rules
