Key Responsibilities Support the Relationship Manager with client oversight and maintain client relationships Perform daily cash application, position reconciliation, and trade processing Assist with global asset setup and compliance reporting while identifying risk-related issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years relevant work experience with direct client contact, or 8 years of combined higher education and work experience with 3 years of relevant client contact Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL Familiarity with various loan products and professional experience in related fields Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
