The Client Relationship Manager II will serve as a trusted advisor to Vista's most sophisticated clients, cultivating long-term relationships and providing comprehensive wealth management solutions that meet clients' individual needs. The ideal candidate is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with a proven track record of success working with affluent and ultra-affluent clients. This role requires deep expertise in wealth planning, strong problem-solving skills, and a new way of thinking about client service.

By maintaining high standards of personalized service and organization, you will contribute to the Vista Way of delivering tailored financial solutions with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of high- and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Deliver holistic and personalized financial guidance, with emphasis on simplifying complex financial matters.
  • Identify client needs and collaborate with internal specialists to provide tailored solutions.
  • Cross-sell Vista services across and deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Proactively cultivate new client relationships and deepen existing ones through exceptional service and strategic insight.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, tax considerations, and estate planning strategies relevant to the client base.
  • Ensure all client interactions adhere to regulatory, compliance, and fiduciary standards.

  • Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of direct client-facing experience with high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals / families.
  • Demonstrated success in relationship cultivation, client retention, and business development.Strong ability to problem-solve, simplify complex concepts, and communicate clearly.
  • Proven experience in cross-selling integrated financial services (wealth, banking, trust).
  • High degree of professional integrity, discretion, and fiduciary mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field (Master's preferred).
