Operations Senior Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a global team for 24x7 support of production systems and services

Establish and refine operational processes, metrics, and reporting for efficiency and urgency

Oversee operations for a globally distributed infrastructure environment supporting real-time communication workloads

Required Qualifications :

15+ years in infrastructure or operations roles, with at least 7 years in management

Proven experience with infrastructure supporting real-time, latency-sensitive traffic

Strong background in Windows & Linux, storage, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and network operations

Demonstrated ability to create and enforce operational standards and processes

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
