Job Summary :

The Program Manager role involves leading initiatives across organizational boundaries and working cross-functionally with multiple business partners at all levels, including executive leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, exceptional communication abilities for executive-level presentations, and a proven track record of project management success.

Location : White Plains, New York, United States

Responsibilities :

  • Lead initiatives across organizational boundaries.
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple business partners at all levels.
  • Manage customer relationships and sponsor expectations.
  • Manage project risks and changes.
  • Prepare and deliver exceptional written and oral communication for executive-level presentations.

Required Skills & Certifications :

  • Experience in leading initiatives across organizational boundaries.
  • Strong project management skills including Customer relationship management, Sponsor expectation management, Risk management, and Change Management.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills for executive-level presentations.
  • Outstanding record of project management success.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline.

    • Preferred Skills & Certifications :

  • Knowledge of key tools within the industry.
  • Knowledge of key CRM systems and Project systems and how to integrate data across work platforms.
  • Background or knowledge of specific industries and technologies (Solar, Wind, Other renewables, Transmission, etc.).
  • Advanced degree.
