The Day-to-Day

Own the Client Relationship

  • Manage a portfolio of growth-stage, venture-backed startup clients.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact and internal advocate for your clients.

Drive Outcomes & Retention

  • Understand client goals and ensure we’re aligned on success metrics.
  • Monitor health indicators and mitigate risks before they impact retention.
  • Build renewal strategies and own the renewal process end-to-end.
  • Expand & Add Value

  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by introducing new roles, services, or tapping into other business units within the organization.
  • Turn satisfied customers into brand advocates and referral engines.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer

  • Gather feedback, surface insights, and advocate for product or process improvements.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Recruitment, Onboarding, People Ops) to ensure service quality.
  • Process & Reporting

  • Maintain clean and accurate records in our CRM.
  • Share updates on account health, risks, and expansion opportunities in internal syncs.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 4 - 5 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or client services role (tech / startup experience a plus)
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRMs and client health tracking tools
  • High degree of ownership, accountability, and self-sufficiency
  • A genuine passion for supporting startups and growing accounts

    Salary $70-80k OTE
