Are You Qualified?

Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us.

The most important quality is that you love working with children.

Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more!

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you :

Some prior experience working with young children / toddlers or preschoolers (often at least 1-2 years) is preferred.

• Must have at least a High School Diploma or GED.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Additional certifications (CDA, etc.) are a plus
• Strong communication skills (with children, parents, and colleagues).
• Patience, nurturing, creative, energetic, collaborative.
• Ability to observe, assess, and document children's progress.
• Ability to handle classroom routines like meals, nap, transitions.
• Commitment to safety, hygiene, and child-well-being
