Job Title : Product Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and support the design, development, and enhancement of complex products.

Translate product requirements into efficient, scalable engineering solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers.

Manage the product development lifecycle and align with strategic goals.

Drive innovation and identify improvement opportunities.

Develop and manage project plans, track progress, and mitigate risks.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project execution.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Oversee testing and validation to ensure product reliability.

Document design processes and technical decisions.

Communicate engineering updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Work closely with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure robust, producible designs.

Conduct risk analyses and present findings internally.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

At least 5 years of product engineering experience.

Strong knowledge of product development and engineering best practices.

Proficiency in GD&T, stack-up analysis, FEA, DFMEA, and 3D modeling.

Proven ability to lead technical projects.
