A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Dissemination.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for disseminating organizational messaging and insights across the enterprise
Collaborate with leadership to create engaging deliverables for executive-level presentations and communications
Partner with internal teams to integrate strategic messaging into organizational communications and ensure alignment across initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in health systems management, strategic planning, or strategic communications
Experience in cross-functional leadership and program management in complex organizations
Understanding of enterprise strategy formulation and dissemination best practices
Familiarity with academic medical health system operations and strategic planning processes
