This role is onsite in Tucson. The schedule is Monday - Friday general business hours with some flexibility required.

In this role you will collaborate with the Divisional HR Director to execute local and system priorities across Tucson market. Your main responsibilities would include :

• Leading an HR team - performance and alignment of effort across market
• Collaboration with corporate shared service departments
• Ensuring timely acquisition and seamless operations with recruiters and TA team
• Implementation / management of annual market compensation review
• Management of annual compliance requirements (flu vaccine, mask fit, annual learnings)
• Bi-annual Performance Evaluations (ARCs)
• Employee Satisfaction Survey Planning and Execution
• Leading Culture strategy for Tucson with the Culture Committee
