Healthcare Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements across Medicaid, Medicare, and payer / provider operations

Analyze current workflows and define future-state solutions for process optimization

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in healthcare technology, consulting, or payer / provider organizations

Strong understanding of Medicaid and Medicare operations and healthcare data systems

Experience with EHR / EMR, claims processing, and data integration projects

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

Familiarity with CMS frameworks, HIPAA, and healthcare interoperability standards
