Colorado Licensed Transaction Manager

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and manage project initiation and scope

Negotiate business terms as a landlord or seller agent and coordinate sales negotiations through field brokers

Track transaction activity, prepare reports, and maintain a real estate project tracking system for timely completion

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of real estate transactions experience or a combination of experience and education

Healthcare transactions experience preferred

Real Estate salesperson license required

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Strong organizational and sophisticated math skills
