Head of Business Operations

A company is looking for a Head of Business Operations to drive accountability and implement business-critical strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement decision-making frameworks and ensure disciplined follow-through

Run a rapid-response function to unblock teams and stabilize delivery

Lead cross-functional initiatives from scoping to delivery and post-mortem analysis

Required Qualifications

5-8+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Ops, or Program Delivery in high-growth tech companies

Proven track record in driving accountability and resolving cross-functional issues

Experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated B2B environments

Fluency in BI tools and familiarity with project management and CRM platforms

Based in EU time zones with fluent written and spoken English; French proficiency is a plus
