Purpose and Scope : We are looking for a self-starter Field Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.
Responsibilities / Duties Duties and activities that constitute the performance of the job
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Tie workflow to schedule.
Assist with all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
Time-management skills to handle appointments efficiently and stay on schedule.
Attention to detail to spot issues and complete accurate service reports about the repairs.
Organizational skills to keep tools and paperwork organized while in the field.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
Proactively communicates job progress to field service manager and customer as needed.
Able to work independently.
Ability to represent the company with professionalism, tact and diplomacy.
Document processes and create procedures.
Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings.
Build positive relationships with customers.
Perform any other company-related tasks as required, such as Service Calls performed remotely and guiding customers through troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or designee.
Background / Experience Minimum required job experience to adequately perform the duties defined
Proven Field Service experience
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
English literacy
Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
Must be prepared to work flexible hours and schedules to meet deadlines.
Ability to work well in teams.
Must be physically able to Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time 8-12hrs on a regular basis.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment,
Strong organizational and communicational skills.
Detail oriented.

Proven experience as Field Service Technician.
The Ability to work weekends or nights based on customer locations globally.
Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment.
Understanding of quality standards & safety regulations.
Proficient in MS Office software.
Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret written materials in English.
Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English.
