Weekend Inbound Sales Advisor

A company is looking for a Weekend Inbound Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance to families on senior care options and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Handle inbound, pre-screened leads and conduct initial consultation calls with families

Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers after completing training

Required Qualifications

Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center

Proven history of exceeding sales targets

Ability to multitask, including talking on the phone while taking notes

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems

Successful completion of the new hire training program
