Descripción del trabajoCreate and execute effective sales strategies to attract new customers Engage customers and present our products and services in a busy retail setting Uphold AT&T standards and keep compliance at the forefront of every interaction Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers by providing personalized service Our ideal candidate is friendly, customer-centric, and is eager to develop new skills. High School Diploma / GED (Required) 1 year of customer service and / or sales experience (Preferred) Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States Adaptability to changing environments and customer demands Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities Ability to balance customer experience with performance goals Team-oriented with a desire to learn, share best practices, and provide resolutions.
