Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies across B2B and B2C channels
Set annual revenue goals and sales KPIs aligned with business growth
Collaborate with marketing and ops to ensure cohesive client experiences
Build and nurture relationships with commercial developers, GCs, architects, and municipalities
Manage large accounts and industry partnerships for long-term growth
Lead bid processes, proposals, and contract negotiations
Guide residential clients from initial inquiry to final installation
Monitor sales funnel performance and conversion rates
Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and service
Use CRM systems to manage leads, track performance, and forecast sales
Collaborate with fabrication and field teams to ensure project viability
Monitor competitive pricing and market trends to adjust strategy
Report on sales metrics and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
3+ years in a sales management or full-cycle sales role, preferably in construction, home improvement, or design-driven products
Proven track record in both B2B and B2C environments
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills
Knowledge of construction timelines and customer decision cycles
Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
Self-motivated leader with excellent organizational abilities
