This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : Monday- Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm, No Weekends, No Call (11 / 24 / 25-1 / 2 / 26)
• Practice Setting : Inpatient Rehabilitation
• Scope : The provider will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to manage and oversee patient rehabilitation plans, coordinate care, and support recovery for patients with diverse physical and neurological conditions.
• Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days
• State Licensure : Active Illinois State License
• Requirements : Board Certified with Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and use of Electronic Medical Record System known as EPIC.
