    We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Event Specialist / Sales Representative to join our dynamic event rentals team. In this role, you will assist clients in bringing their event visions to life from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. You will guide clients through our showroom, offering expert recommendations on everything from chairs, linens, tableware, flatware, tents, and draping solutions . Your creativity and attention to detail will help ensure every event is a success.

    Responsibilities :

  • Greet clients and provide personalized assistance in selecting rental items that match their event vision and style.
  • Conduct showroom tours, helping clients visualize their event setup.
  • Provide guidance on the selection and design of :
  • Chairs and seating arrangements
  • Linens and table coverings
  • Tableware and flatware
  • Tenting and draping requirements
  • Collaborate with clients to create mood boards or mockups as needed.
  • Prepare accurate rental quotes and proposals.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom.
  • Foster long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Stay informed about current event trends and product offerings.
  • Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Attend occasional industry events or networking opportunities on behalf of the company.
  • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in the events industry (preferred), OR a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Background in sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (CRM, email, inventory systems).
  • Preferred Attributes

  • Enthusiasm for event design and decor.
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English )
  • Ability to visualize and translate client ideas into tangible outcomes.
