Hours : Full-time, Monday to Thursday : 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM or Tuesday to Friday : 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Responsibilities :

  • Operating forklifts to transport materials within the facility and load / unload trucks / trailers
  • Ensuring cleanliness of the facility
  • Staging and pulling pieces for special orders
  • Performing assigned duties as required

Requirements :

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift materials up to 50lbs
  • Full-time availability for 40 hours per week
  • Attention to detail and safety-minded

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 2 years of recent forklift experience
  • Stable job history
  • Positive attitude and consistent attendance

    • Hiring Process :

  • Initial interview based on job requirements match.
  • Secondary interview including job shadowing for a minimum of two hours and meeting with potential direct supervisor.

    • Job offers are contingent upon passing a drug screening and background check

    About the Position : The Forklift Operator role at Madison Wood Preservers, Inc. is ideal for candidates seeking to operate heavy machinery. While experience is preferred, training will be provided to ensure safe and efficient operation. Safety, attention to detail, and attendance are essential for success in this role.
