Assistant Construction Project Manager

Job Overview :

JAKE Premier, LLC, is a construction management firm, based out of West Chester, PA. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our growing team! Responsibilities for Assistant Construction Project Manager :

  • Coordinate scheduling of trade partners, inspections, and deliveries, to complete each project on time.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and trade partners.
  • Effectively prioritize responsibilities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor construction sites to ensure access to homes, organization and neatness of construction materials, location of site equipment, and trash removal.
  • Identify and solve problems, organize job site meetings, and cooperate with team members in various roles as necessary.
  • Assist with other projects and tasks as needed.
  • Travel between multiple job sites.

Qualifications for Assistant Construction Project Manager :

Basic Qualifications :

  • Carpentry skills- Knowledge of equipment, materials, methods, practices, and tools used in carpentry, the ability to use hand and power tools, read blueprints and diagrams, measure and perform mathematical calculations, and work independently.
  • Ability to operate machinery, trucks, and tow construction trailers.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Broad, thorough understanding of residential construction industry.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Functions effectively as part of a team.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of residential remodeling and / or custom home building preferred.

    • Schedule :

  • Monday thru Friday.

    • License / Certification :

  • Driver's License (Required).
