A company is looking for an Account Manager, Work Transformation and Collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Plan target account expansion strategies and identify cross-selling opportunities
Lead client meetings to position the company's value proposition and develop relationships
Manage account planning, growth strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in selling professional or managed IT services
Previous sales experience in the IT or professional services sector with a successful track record
Experience in selling cloud technologies and services, with knowledge of major cloud platforms
Proficient in Salesforce and its importance in managing customer relationships
