One of our customers is looking to bring on a Change Management Lead for a long term, 100% remote contract! This person will be supporting the stand up of a procurement function for this customer.
1.) 6+ years of Change Management experience
2.) Deep understanding of the Prosci Approach – 3+ years
3.) ADKAR change management principles – 3+ years
4.) Experience in supporting the stand up of a new Procurement function and comfortable working within a Procurement function
5.) Designing the change plan, executing the change plan and then showing success of the change plan – 5+ years
6.) Experience with large scale organizational change efforts and has leveraged PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project and design tools to develop work plans, articulate complex issues, analyze data, and execute change activities
The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management plan(s) for this strategic initiative that maximizes transparency and employee adoption while minimizing resistance. The Change Management Lead will work closely with ePMO program manager and business leaders to understand the impacts of the project and develop change strategies to ensure proper readiness resulting in increased benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of the enterprise's vision.
