We are seeking a service-focused banking professional. The Member Service Representative plays a key role in supporting members with account services, loan applications, and general inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to resolve member issues efficiently, and a positive, professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities
- Assist members with new accounts, account maintenance, and loan applications
- Provide support for online banking inquiries and respond promptly to email requests
- Cross-sell credit union products and services that meet member needs
- Research and resolve member account issues with accuracy and attention to detail
- Deliver exceptional customer service through friendly, professional, and solutions-focused interactions
- Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Extensive customer service experience required; prior financial institution experience preferredProficiency in a Windows-based environmentStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented, member-focused environmentBilingual (Spanish and English) requiredSchedule
